Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Job Summary

To support a growing AIDR Engineering Team, the full-time Senior Machine Learning Engineer will provide engineering solutions for high-throughput, low-latency LLM inferencing, collaborating closely with data scientists and engineers in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Innovate with state-of-the-art machine learning technology to accelerate data science initiatives
• Implement high-quality solutions for customer-facing applications at scale and construct data pipelines
• Collaborate across teams to define and devise solutions while adhering to engineering best practices

Required qualifications

• Prior experience in data engineering and architecture supporting advanced data science use cases
• Deep understanding of LLM post-training methods and computational architectures
• Experience with scalability and distributed systems, including sharding and concurrency
• Proven ability to produce high-quality software in a test-driven, collaborative environment
• Demonstrated experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making and improve efficiency
