Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Job Summary

To support the Trust Frontier AI team, the remote Senior Machine Learning Engineer will design and build ML solutions to enhance user trust and safety, actively contributing to projects that involve abuse behavior detection and AI decision-making systems.

Key responsibilities

• Frame and prototype ML and agentic solutions for ambiguous problems in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Design, build, and productionize end-to-end Machine Learning pipelines for both batch and real-time applications
• Develop specialized models for trust and safety use cases, leveraging LLMs and AI agents to improve model building processes

Required qualifications

• 5-10 years of industry experience in applied Machine Learning with a proven track record of productionizing models at scale
• 1-2+ years of hands-on experience with LLMs and GenAI technologies, including agentic frameworks
• Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with Scala, Java, or equivalent languages
• Solid understanding of Machine Learning best practices, including feature engineering and model selection
• A Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field
