Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Job Summary

To support the development of advanced decision systems, the full-time Senior Machine Learning Engineer will work remotely to build and optimize machine learning models that estimate causal responses, quantify uncertainty, and enhance decision-making processes across various business functions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop causal and heterogeneous treatment-effect models to inform decision-making
• Implement uncertainty estimation and calibration techniques to improve model reliability
• Design and evaluate experimentation frameworks, including champion/challenger systems

Required qualifications

• Experience in machine learning and statistical modeling
• Proficiency in causal inference and experimentation methodologies
• Familiarity with decision systems related to pricing, advertising, or marketplaces
• Knowledge of reinforcement learning, optimization, and active learning techniques
• Proficient in Python, SQL, and handling large behavioral datasets
