Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Job Summary

To build and operate production computer vision systems for construction documents, the full-time Senior Machine Learning / Computer Vision Engineer will design end-to-end detection and segmentation pipelines, improve document ingestion processes, and enhance model accuracy while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and improve detection and segmentation pipelines for document images
• Integrate modern detection and segmentation models into production workflows and optimize post-processing
• Own training infrastructure, dataset curation, and drive continuous quality improvements

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on ML/CV engineering experience
• Experience building and deploying computer vision systems in production
• Proficiency with Docker/Kubernetes and production model serving
• Strong understanding of detection and segmentation tradeoffs and model architecture choices
• Experience with messy, real-world image data or large unstructured visual datasets
