Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Machine Learning Engineer will build and ship LLM-powered agents and workflows, ensuring systems meet quality standards through rigorous evaluation and integration with existing data sources.
Key responsibilities
- Build and ship LLM-powered agents and workflows using established templates and pipelines
- Write and execute evaluations for all developed systems to ensure quality before deployment
- Collaborate with business users to iterate on solutions within defined scopes
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2.5 years focused on building LLM applications in production
- Strong proficiency in Python and TypeScript, with expertise in API craftsmanship and prompt engineering
- Experience writing LLM evaluations as a critical part of system development
- Demonstrated ability to deliver projects quickly while adhering to quality guardrails
- Familiarity with retrieval/IR concepts and healthcare data handling is a plus
