Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Job Summary

Contributing to the development of scalable machine learning platforms, the full-time remote Senior Machine Learning Engineer will work with cross-functional teams to build, deploy, and manage AI/ML models primarily in support of drug discovery and development.

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver AI and ML-enabled applications and maintain ML platform capabilities, including data pipelines and model deployment
• Implement AI and ML Ops best practices and collaborate with teams to transition experimental solutions to production-grade systems
• Develop training content and knowledge articles to educate scientists on model lifecycle management best practices

Required qualifications:

• Doctorate degree or Master's degree with 2 years, Bachelor's degree with 4 years, Associate's degree with 8 years, or High school diploma/GED with 10 years of relevant experience in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• Proficiency in software programming (Python, version control, test-driven development)
• Experience with cloud technologies (AWS preferred, Databricks)
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML model training and serving
• Familiarity with AI and MLOps frameworks and tools (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow)
