Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Job Summary

To support a cross-functional development team, the full-time Senior Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning Engineer will build and ship LLM-powered agents, design evaluations, and integrate systems while ensuring high quality and operational guardrails in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and ship LLM-powered agents and workflows using established templates and guardrails
• Write and run evaluations to ensure all systems meet quality standards before deployment
• Integrate with existing systems and collaborate with business users for rapid iteration

Required qualifications

• Deep understanding of agentic architectures, RAG systems, and context engineering
• 8+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2.5 years focused on LLM applications in production
• Strong proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript, with a focus on API development
• Proven ability to write and run rigorous LLM evaluations as part of the development process
• Hands-on experience with LLM deployment pipelines and production guardrail integration
