Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Job Summary

Owning the full ML delivery lifecycle, the full-time Senior Machine Learning Engineer will build and deploy machine learning systems within client environments, focusing on data handling, model evaluation, and client interaction in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete ML delivery process from data discovery and cleaning to model deployment and monitoring
• Develop robust forecasting and detection models that address real-world data quality challenges
• Maintain a client-facing engineering presence, facilitating collaboration and feedback with client IT/data teams

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in applied machine learning, particularly in production forecasting and detection/classification
• Strong data engineering skills, capable of handling data at scale without a dedicated team
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and software engineering principles for shipping real systems
• Experience with client-facing roles, including leading demos and managing client expectations
• Bachelor's Degree; Master's is a plus, along with domain experience in Energy, Utilities, or Commercial Real Estate
