Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Job Summary

To enhance the productivity of the underpayment business, the full-time Senior Machine Learning Engineer will manage the end-to-end development, training, and deployment of machine learning systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business impact remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own the development, training, deployment, evaluation, and improvement of machine learning models to optimize claim opportunities
• Analyze data to identify actionable insights from both internal and external sources
• Implement cloud MLOps and AIOps best practices to streamline machine learning workflows

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a data-centric field
• Experience in a similar role focused on machine learning or data science
• Proficiency in developing and deploying machine learning models in production environments
• Strong experience with Python, particularly scikit-learn; familiarity with TensorFlow or PyTorch is a plus
• Ability to perform exploratory data analysis and draw insights from data visualizations
