Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Senior Machine Learning Engineer to design, build, and deploy end-to-end machine learning systems that support AI/ML product initiatives in a hybrid work environment, where the engineer will manage projects from problem framing through implementation and evaluation, directly impacting products used by graders, researchers, and collectors.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deploy machine learning systems that support AI/ML initiatives
• Own projects from problem framing through implementation, evaluation, and launch
• Build and enhance data pipelines and model evaluation frameworks for accuracy and scalability

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in machine learning or applied AI
• Strong hands-on experience in building and shipping machine learning systems in production
• Proficiency in Python and common ML tooling
• Experience in computer vision, multimodal modeling, or LLM-based systems
• Ability to define evaluation methodologies and make data-driven decisions on model readiness
