Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare technology initiative, the full-time Senior Machine Learning Engineer will build and maintain production ML systems, automate deployment pipelines, and enhance forecasting capabilities while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering, product, and data science teams to identify machine learning solutions for business challenges
• Develop tools and automate processes to improve operational efficiency and experimentation velocity
• Build and monitor end-to-end lifecycles of large-scale, distributed machine learning systems

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in building and maintaining production ML systems with expertise in MLOps and deployment automation
• Proficiency in Python, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD systems (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD)
• Experience with model training orchestration and automated retraining pipelines
• Strong systems design skills with experience in scalable microservices and API design
• Proven track record of driving projects from concept to production and enhancing system reliability
