Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Job Summary

Leading the design and development of machine learning applications, the full-time Senior Machine Learning Engineer will focus on generative AI and large language model solutions while working remotely, providing technical leadership and collaborating with multiple engineering teams to enhance software products.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop ML applications, emphasizing generative AI and LLM solutions
• Guide the transformation of machine learning research into viable prototypes and production-grade algorithms
• Collaborate with stakeholders to distill technical and business variables into strategic choices for software development

Required qualifications

• STEM-related degree (Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate)
• 5-8 years of experience in creating machine learning algorithms for production
• Experience with LLM engineering, including fine-tuning models and implementing RAG systems
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with ML libraries such as TensorFlow and PyTorch
• Knowledge of software development best practices, including testing and CI/CD tools
