Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Job Summary

To optimize advertising products, the full-time Senior Machine Learning Engineer will develop and improve ads ranking models, take ownership of machine learning systems, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance ads ranking models, focusing on prediction objectives and user-history modeling
• Take end-to-end ownership of machine learning systems, including data pipelines and model evaluation
• Collaborate with product, data science, and engineering teams to define ranking objectives and measure improvements

Required qualifications:

• 4+ years of professional experience in machine learning and software development
• Hands-on experience with ads ranking models, including CTR or CVR prediction and calibration
• Proficiency in building and deploying deep learning models using PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience writing maintainable production ML code
• BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
