Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Senior Machine Learning Engineer to work remotely, who will own products end to end, from problem identification through to production and performance metrics, while leveraging AI-native development practices.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain canonical datasets and resolution pipelines for job titles, companies, skills, and industries
• Implement advanced job matching algorithms and mobility embeddings to enhance job retrieval and ranking processes
• Fine-tune applied LLMs and manage agentic systems in production, ensuring human oversight and continuous skills inference

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience shipping ML systems into production with demonstrable impact metrics
• Expertise in both classical ML and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Proficiency in working with LLMs in production environments, including retrieval and prompt engineering
• Experience using agentic coding tools like Claude Code or Claude Design in previous projects
• Strong software engineering fundamentals, including proficiency in Python, Git, and cloud services like AWS
