Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Job Summary

Focused on deploying and maintaining defensive machine learning models, the full-time Senior Machine Learning Engineer will build training pipelines, manage model serving infrastructure, and ensure smooth production releases in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Build and own training and post-training pipelines, including data preparation and experiment tracking
• Develop the inference and serving layer, ensuring efficient model gateway and data residency
• Manage the release path for model artifacts, implementing shadow and canary deployments

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with strong production Python skills
• Experience operationalizing ML or LLM-backed systems from prototype to production
• Hands-on experience with ML pipelines, including training workflows and reproducible data preparation
• Experience building applications on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP using container technologies
