Senior Machine Learning Engineer
Job Summary
Joining a cross-functional development team, the full-time Senior Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning Engineer will build and ship LLM-powered agents and workflows while integrating with client systems and ensuring quality through comprehensive evaluations, all in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Build and ship LLM-powered agents and workflows on the paved path (templates, pipeline, guardrails)
- Write and run evaluations for all developed systems to ensure quality before shipping
- Integrate with client systems and data sources, instrumenting for cost and quality telemetry
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of software engineering experience, with 2.5+ years building LLM applications in production
- Strong proficiency in Python and TypeScript, with skills in API craftsmanship and prompt engineering
- Ability to write LLM evaluations as a non-negotiable part of the development process
- Experience shipping products quickly while adhering to established guardrails
