Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Job Summary

Focused on building advanced AI systems, the full-time Senior Machine Learning Engineer will develop agentic search capabilities and optimize information retrieval processes in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement systems for AI agents to discover and reason over enterprise knowledge
• Advance enterprise retrieval through machine learning techniques such as embeddings and learning-to-rank
• Develop evaluation systems for assessing retrieval quality and agent behavior

Required qualifications

• Deep experience in machine learning, information retrieval, or natural language processing
• Proven track record of building ML systems at production scale
• Strong software engineering fundamentals with the ability to produce reliable production systems
• Experience in designing experiments and evaluations for complex ML systems
• Ability to reason through ambiguous problems using first principles
