Job Summary

Driving innovation in AI solutions, the full-time Senior Machine Learning Manager will lead the development of core intelligence features within DevAI products, focusing on LLM integration and prompt engineering while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the long-term AI/ML strategy, ensuring alignment with product and business goals
• Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing team of engineers and scientists, fostering an inclusive culture
• Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of key AI/ML initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of industry experience in data science, including 5+ years in people management
• Experience building and scaling machine learning models in business applications using large datasets
• Ability to communicate complex data science concepts to diverse audiences
• Agile development mindset with a focus on constant iteration and improvement
