Senior Machine Learning Manager

Job Summary

Leading a senior team of Managers and Engineers, the remote Senior Machine Learning Manager will drive AI investment priorities, partner with cross-functional teams to launch high-impact ML initiatives, and ensure the development of efficient data pipelines that support business and AI needs.

Key responsibilities

• Drive alignment across engineering, product, and leadership on AI investment priorities and set the multi-year technical roadmap
• Partner with Product, Design, and Data Science to take high-impact ML initiatives from concept to production
• Grow and mentor a team of ML/Data engineers, raising the technical bar across the organization

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of overall engineering experience with 5+ years managing a team in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment
• BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science or a related field
• Experience building, leading, and architecting full-stack products and systems at enterprise scale
• Experience in applying modern artificial intelligence technologies to products and development cycles
• Technical leadership with hands-on experience leading project teams and setting technical direction
