Senior Machine Learning Scientist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Staff Machine Learning Scientist.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and define the architecture of large multimodal models (LMMs) and optimize model architectures using deep learning frameworks
• Develop and manage end-to-end training pipelines and implement distributed training strategies for large-scale datasets
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure the architecture accommodates knowledge injection mechanisms and monitor training processes for performance optimization

Required Qualifications

• Deep understanding of deep learning principles and architectures, particularly transformers
• Extensive experience with multimodal machine learning concepts and optimization techniques for large-scale models
• Strong proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow
• Experience with distributed training frameworks and managing GPU fleets
• Solid understanding of knowledge representation concepts, including knowledge graphs and ontologies
