Senior Machine Learning Scientist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Machine Learning Scientist to develop deep learning models for TCR-pMHC specificity prediction.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, train, and iterate on deep learning models for TCR-pMHC specificity prediction
• Utilize scalable training infrastructure for large-scale model development and experimentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure models are robust and aligned with product goals

Required Qualifications

• PhD in a quantitative discipline (e.g. Machine Learning, Computational Biology, Computer Science) + 5 years of relevant experience or equivalent education and experience
• Progressive experience in developing and deploying deep learning methods
• Strong hands-on experience in Python and modern ML tooling (PyTorch preferred)
• Experience working with large datasets and high-performance computing environments
• Ability to independently define and execute complex technical research problems
