Senior Machine Learning Scientist

Job Summary

To support innovative educational solutions, the full-time Senior Machine Learning Scientist will focus on model training, dataset construction, and research while working remotely within a collaborative team environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify key questions and curate optimal datasets
• Develop and optimize Machine Learning models, ensuring best practices for production readiness
• Stay current with advancements in the field, sharing insights and findings with the team

Required qualifications:

• Experience with text data and building Deep Learning and ML models, including supervised and unsupervised methods
• Strong understanding of machine learning and deep learning mathematics and theory
• At least 8 years of software engineering experience, particularly with Python, SQL, and Unix-based systems
• Proficiency in Machine/Deep Learning development tools such as AWS SageMaker, PyTorch, and Hugging Face
• Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, AI, Machine Learning, applied math, or a related field
