Senior Mainframe Administrator
Job Summary
Working remotely on a contract basis, the Senior Mainframe Administrator will provide support for the Rational Team Concert/Enterprise Workflow Manager (RTC/EWM) product, assisting users with troubleshooting, documenting procedures, and applying necessary maintenance or upgrades.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist developers and users with RTC/EWM system support, including troubleshooting and maintenance
- Document procedures, user guides, and help guides to ensure accurate instructions for system usage
- Collaborate with vendors and other teams to implement system upgrades and maintenance as required
Required qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree plus 4+ years of IT Source Management experience or 6+ years of relevant experience
- Experience with Mainframe Code Development and Production Support Processes
- Understanding of Mainframe File Organization and Compile Processes
- Proficiency in Mainframe DB2 Development and Support, and troubleshooting with Mainframe and Java Client
- Experience in Rexx Script Development
