Senior Mainframe Engineer
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Mainframe Engineer (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Enhance systems and processes by developing software and executing test plans
- Analyze user requests and assess system impacts and requirements
- Provide technical support for production systems and maintain documentation
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in software application development and maintenance, or
- High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in software application development and maintenance
- Preferred experience with Hogan Core Banking and Debit/Credit Cards
- Advanced knowledge of COBOL, CICS, VSAM, DB2, Easytrieve, JCL
- Familiarity with System Life Cycle Development methodology (Waterfall and Agile)
