Senior Mainframe Engineer
Job Summary
To support a growing organization, the full-time Senior Mainframe Engineer will leverage expertise in enterprise mainframe technologies to manage and optimize critical mainframe infrastructure and platform services while collaborating with internal stakeholders and vendors in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and administer Mainframe CICS for z/OS and MQ for z/OS subsystems across multiple environments
- Provide technical leadership to outsourced service providers and internal teams, ensuring alignment with service delivery standards
- Evaluate and implement emerging mainframe technologies and operational strategies to enhance performance and scalability
Required qualifications
- Deep expertise in enterprise mainframe technologies, including CICS, Db2, and MQ
