Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Mainframe Systems Programmer - VSE.

Key Responsibilities

Support installation, testing, and implementation of z/VSE operating systems and software
Provide technical support and mentoring to team members and assist with project coordination
Monitor and tune systems software for performance and capacity management

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 10 years of experience in mainframe systems programming
Fluent in VSE JCL with the ability to advise on JCL issues
Knowledge of installation and administration of ISV and IBM z/VSE software
Experience with IBM Z hardware and general networking concepts
Working knowledge of using z/VM, including CP and CMS
