Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Maintenance Coordinator to manage capital improvement projects and emergency restoration work at occupied properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee capital improvement and emergency restoration projects
• Maintain clear communication with homeowners, property managers, and vendors
• Manage project budgets and track timelines to ensure timely completion

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in real estate, property management, or strong administrative/customer service background
• Proficiency in G-Suite applications and property management software
• Ability to work remotely with a minimum internet speed of 50 Mbps
• Must be available to work 8-5 PST hours
• English proficiency is required
