Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Major Incident Coordinator to manage major incidents throughout their lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end processes for all major incidents, ensuring timely restoration of services
  • Coordinate with IT support teams to develop remediation plans and document impacts on critical applications and services
  • Maintain accurate documentation of incidents and improvement opportunities, and communicate updates to stakeholders
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in coordinating major incident restoration activities
  • ITIL4 Certification preferred, with knowledge of Incident Management practices
  • Experience with ServiceNow and PagerDuty platforms is a plus
  • Ability to work rotating shifts and support on-call responsibilities in a 24/7 healthcare environment
  • Advanced English proficiency (C1 level)
