Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Major Incident Coordinator to manage major incidents throughout their lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end processes for all major incidents, ensuring timely restoration of services
- Coordinate with IT support teams to develop remediation plans and document impacts on critical applications and services
- Maintain accurate documentation of incidents and improvement opportunities, and communicate updates to stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in coordinating major incident restoration activities
- ITIL4 Certification preferred, with knowledge of Incident Management practices
- Experience with ServiceNow and PagerDuty platforms is a plus
- Ability to work rotating shifts and support on-call responsibilities in a 24/7 healthcare environment
- Advanced English proficiency (C1 level)
