Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Major Incident Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate major incident bridge calls and collaboration channels, supporting Major Incident Commanders
• Review and maintain incident records, ensuring accuracy and timely closure
• Monitor dashboards and system alerts, analyzing effectiveness and recommending improvements

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree and 1 year of relevant experience in IT operations or incident management
• Experience independently coordinating major incidents and leading incident bridges
• Ability to work variable shifts and respond to 24x7 critical alerts
• Strong understanding of enterprise technology platforms and major incident processes
• ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent practical experience preferred
