Key Responsibilities

Perform engineering tasks in support of perimeter defense services
Assist in client satisfaction escalations and incidents
Install, configure, and audit perimeter defense platforms and associated applications

Qualifications

7-10 years of firewall/IT perimeter defense experience
Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field, or equivalent work history
Certifications in Fortinet, Palo Alto, or Cisco desired
Experience working for and within IT for the legal industry
Experience in large-scale service delivery
