Job Summary
Leading the contract attorney recruiting function, the temporary Senior Managed Review Recruiter will develop and execute recruiting strategies, manage candidate pipelines, and oversee onboarding processes in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement recruiting strategies and workflows for Managed Review contract attorneys
- Build and maintain talent pipelines through sourcing, screening, and selection processes
- Oversee onboarding workflows and ensure timely deployment of contract attorneys to projects
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 7-10+ years of legal recruiting experience, particularly in high-volume or contract attorney recruiting
- 3+ years of experience leading or mentoring recruiters or recruiting teams
- Proven experience in building or scaling recruiting processes in fast-paced environments
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive recruiting decisions
