Senior Managed Review Recruiter

Job Summary

Leading the contract attorney recruiting function, the temporary Senior Managed Review Recruiter will develop and execute recruiting strategies, manage candidate pipelines, and oversee onboarding processes in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruiting strategies and workflows for Managed Review contract attorneys
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through sourcing, screening, and selection processes
• Oversee onboarding workflows and ensure timely deployment of contract attorneys to projects

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 7-10+ years of legal recruiting experience, particularly in high-volume or contract attorney recruiting
• 3+ years of experience leading or mentoring recruiters or recruiting teams
• Proven experience in building or scaling recruiting processes in fast-paced environments
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive recruiting decisions
