Senior Managed Services Consultant

Job Summary

To drive customer retention and growth, the full-time Senior Managed Services Consultant will deliver value through the Sprinklr platform, foster adoption of products and features, and establish trusted relationships with clients in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities:

• Ensure customers derive maximum value from the platform, leading to retention and business expansion
• Identify and articulate customer requirements to develop comprehensive solutions for their business challenges
• Act as a strategic advisor, understanding customer needs and communicating positive outcomes from using Sprinklr

Required qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in account management at a brand, agency, or tech company
• Experience with the Sprinklr platform, particularly in the Service product
• Strong understanding of web technologies, CRM or SaaS platforms, and digital marketing
• Proven analytical skills with competency in data tools and methodologies
• Ability to work autonomously and engage with global stakeholders effectively
