Senior Managed Services Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Managed Services Engineer (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Resolve high-level technical issues with a customer-first mindset
• Proactively monitor, maintain, and optimize client network and infrastructure environments
• Lead troubleshooting efforts and provide Tier III escalation support across systems, networks, and applications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and Linux/Unix systems
• Knowledge of cloud services such as AWS and Azure
• Proficiency in scripting languages like PowerShell, Python, or Ansible for automation
• Familiarity with backup and redundancy tools like Veeam and SolarWinds
