Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Managed Services Engineer (L2/L3).

Key Responsibilities

Operate and support VMware and AWS environments, including server provisioning and maintenance
Execute patch management for OS and applications, ensuring compliance and vulnerability remediation
Administer identity and access management, Microsoft 365 services, and endpoint security operations

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in MSP or enterprise IT operations
Strong skills in Windows Server and Active Directory administration
Hands-on experience with VMware; AWS experience preferred
Experience in Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online administration
Familiarity with ITIL aligned incident, problem, and change management
