Job Summary

Providing expert support for federal human capital policy development, the full-time Senior Management Analyst will manage client relationships, conduct business process analysis, and drive operational improvements while ensuring quality project delivery in a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Support the research and development of Human Capital policies, including drafting and updating relevant documents
  • Conduct business process analysis to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement in Human Capital operations
  • Lead the re-engineering of business processes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of Human Capital programs
Required qualifications
  • Master of Arts/Master of Science in Human Resources, Public Administration, Political Science, or a related field
  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience, ideally in federal human capital or HR policy
  • Specialized experience in federal policy and accountability analysis
  • Demonstrated advanced knowledge of human capital management strategies and performance management systems
  • Ability to obtain a US Security Public Trust Clearance (U.S. Citizenship required)
