Senior Management Analyst

Job Summary

To support government efficiency, the full-time Senior Management Analyst will conduct organizational studies, design systems, and prepare operational manuals while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct organizational studies and evaluations to improve operational efficiency
• Design systems and procedures for enhanced management effectiveness
• Prepare operations and procedures manuals to assist management in decision-making

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business administration, accounting, or a related field
• Demonstrated experience in conducting organizational studies and evaluations
• Minimum Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification
• Eligibility for MBI (IRS Background Investigation) clearance
• Experience in work simplification and measurement studies
