Senior Management Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle - Senior Management Engineer, responsible for facilitating large department improvement efforts using various methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop project scope documents and plans, including resource estimates and timelines
• Lead improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and other problem-solving methods
• Provide coaching and mentorship to team members and process owners on process improvement methodologies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, nursing, business administration, or related field preferred
• Minimum of two years of relevant experience required
• Ability to manage multiple assignments with conflicting priorities
• Experience with problem-solving approaches and data gathering techniques
• Strong analytical and technical knowledge in process improvement tools
