Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, ABM & Demand Generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead demand generation programs to drive predictable pipeline growth and manage program budgets
- Manage and scale Account-Based Marketing programs and partner with Sales leadership for account engagement strategies
- Track, optimize, and report on KPIs to improve program performance and team decision-making
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with at least 4 years in a leadership role
- Proven experience in managing integrated marketing programs that drive pipeline and customer engagement
- Strong knowledge of Account-Based Marketing programs and demand generation across multiple channels
- Experience with modern marketing tech stacks, including CRM and marketing automation tools
- Strong project and program management skills, capable of handling multiple initiatives simultaneously
