Job Summary
To design and lead enterprise account-based experience programs, the full-time Senior Manager, Account-Based Experience will execute personalized cross-channel initiatives, drive coordinated account engagement, and optimize multi-channel campaigns while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Execute and scale enterprise ABX programs in partnership with marketing and sales leadership to generate pipeline and accelerate revenue
- Run weekly account pod meetings to align on priority accounts and ensure a coordinated experience across the buying journey
- Develop and optimize multi-channel campaigns, continuously testing and refining performance across various engagement channels
Required qualifications
- 6+ years in B2B marketing, with at least 3 years focused on ABM or ABX programs targeting enterprise accounts
- Demonstrated success in generating pipeline and influencing revenue through account-based programs
- Strong understanding of ABX technology and platforms, including Demandbase and Salesforce
- Experience in building audience segmentation frameworks and personalized content experiences
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance data and optimize programs accordingly
