Senior Manager Accounting

Job Summary

To enhance operational efficiency, the full-time salaried Senior Manager Accounting will oversee financial processes, ensure compliance with GAAP, and lead a high-performing team while working onsite at the Home Office in Nevada.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and improve financial processes across multiple business units, integrating automation and technology solutions
• Develop and mentor personnel to sustain a high-quality, high-performing team while ensuring adherence to financial controls and compliance
• Monitor service level agreements and performance metrics, executing analysis and reporting to enhance operational effectiveness

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in accounting or finance
• Advanced knowledge of general accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in PC software programs such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Previous experience in a Financial Shared Services Center or similar resort setting is preferred
