Senior Manager, Accounting Operations

Job Summary

Driving accounting transformation initiatives, the full-time Senior Manager, Accounting Operations will oversee process improvements, system implementations, and operational changes in a hybrid work environment, ensuring successful execution and adoption across the accounting organization.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the accounting lead on business initiatives from requirements definition through user acceptance testing and post-go-live stabilization
• Manage day-to-day execution of accounting improvement initiatives and ensure clean transitions to business as usual
• Drive process improvements across core accounting functions, identifying and resolving recurring issues in AP, AR, GL, Treasury, and Inventory

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in accounting operations or a combination of public accounting and industry experience
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems, preferably Oracle, including user acceptance testing and deployment support
• Proven track record in executing process improvement and system initiatives in operational environments
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
• CPA preferred
