Senior Manager, Accounting Systems

Job Summary

Leading the implementation of a new ERP system, the full-time Senior Manager, Accounting Systems will serve as the systems architect for finance and accounting technology, managing integrations and change management in a hybrid role based in Redwood Shores.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the internal project management for ERP implementation, including migration from Sage Intacct
• Own the configuration and maintenance of all finance systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance
• Develop training materials and documentation to support process changes and system upgrades

Required qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in accounting systems, finance operations, or ERP administration
• Experience leading a full ERP implementation, preferably with NetSuite or Workday Financials
• Strong understanding of Master Data Management (MDM) principles and finance data architecture
• CPA or equivalent accounting background
• Familiarity with FP&A tools such as Adaptive Insights or Pigment
