Job Summary

Senior Manager, Acquisition Strategy is a full-time role focused on leading the lower funnel customer acquisition journey, optimizing sales operations, and ensuring a seamless application process for prospects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the omnichannel conversion strategy to maximize application journey performance and reduce friction points
  • Serve as the primary commercial lead in product development, aligning initiatives with revenue targets
  • Implement and optimize Salesforce workflows to enhance sales team adoption and prevent lower-funnel leakage
Required Qualifications
  • 10 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Commercial Strategy
  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce CRM, including custom report and dashboard creation
  • Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and manipulation of large datasets
  • Experience in creating compelling presentations for executive audiences
  • Ability to influence and collaborate across multiple teams without direct authority
