Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Admin Systems Transformation, Oracle/UKG - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead teams to complete assigned work with high quality and within deadlines
• Manage maintenance and enhancement of existing platforms, ensuring effective design and process standardization
• Coordinate interdependencies between workstreams and provide routine status updates for project tracking

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3 years of experience or an Associate degree with 7 years of experience
• Experience in project or program management preferred
• Strong understanding of HR data domains and relevant systems (Oracle Fusion, UKG)
• Ability to support decision-making and conflict resolution
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
