Senior Manager Advanced Analytics

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Advance Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio performance and risk-trend analyses, translating results into business recommendations
• Set strategy and KPIs to improve funder, underwriting, and servicing effectiveness across key credit dimensions
• Manage a team of data scientists, prioritizing the analytics backlog and ensuring high-quality delivery

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or similar
• 10+ years of experience in Analytics, Data Science, or Statistical Modeling, with 3+ years in a management role
• Advanced SQL and experience with data scripting languages (Python, SAS, R)
• Proficiency with BI/analytics tools (e.g., Sigma, Tableau, Power BI)
• Experience in executive communication and stakeholder management
