Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Aerospace & Defense Business Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a pipeline of government and DoD programs for nTop's technology
• Attend industry events to gather intelligence and identify capture opportunities
• Lead capture planning activities and manage the development of proposal documents

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 5-10+ years of experience in business development or capture management in Aerospace & Defense
• Proven experience managing captures from pre-solicitation through award
• Strong existing network within the DoD ecosystem and relevant government agencies
• Familiarity with government acquisition processes and contract vehicles
• Active security clearance or eligibility for clearance
