Senior Manager, Agile Release Train

Job Summary

Leading the Empower ResApp Agile Release Train, the full-time Senior Manager will manage delivery execution, optimize workflow, and coordinate dependencies across teams while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the flow of work across the Empower ResApp ART using Program Agile and related tools
• Facilitate ART ceremonies including PI Planning, system demos, reviews, and retrospectives
• Drive delivery execution and continuous improvement using metrics and team feedback

Required qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience/certifications
• 8+ years of progressive experience across multiple technologies, delivery models, or disciplines
• 5+ years managing release cadences and aligning delivery to a release calendar
• 5+ years partnering with Product Managers and Architects to align delivery execution with product strategy
• 3+ years leading teams or managing a complex initiative as a Release Train Engineer or similar role
