Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager AI Architecture Innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the enterprise GenAI technology strategy and platform roadmap
• Lead delivery of core GenAI platform services as reusable capabilities across the enterprise
• Establish LLMOps and AI quality standards to ensure consistent performance at scale

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive software architecture experience and 3-5 years in AI/ML engineering
• At least 3 years directly owning GenAI platform strategy or enterprise AI infrastructure delivery
• Demonstrated track record of shipping GenAI or distributed AI systems at enterprise scale
• Experience building and leading engineering teams in transformation-stage enterprises
• Deep expertise in the Microsoft/Azure ecosystem and strong command of the full AI stack
