Senior Manager AI Automation

Job Summary

Leading the development of AI-driven customer experiences, the full-time Senior Manager, AI Automation will oversee the end-to-end development of the AI platform, collaborating with engineering teams to enhance automation and customer satisfaction in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end development for the AI platform and customer experiences, from initial roadmap to rollout
• Partner with engineers to design prompt strategies and evaluation frameworks, balancing latency, cost, and accuracy
• Drive systematic improvements in answer quality and automation rates through rigorous experimentation

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a technical role such as technical product management or forward deployed engineering at a fast-paced startup
• Strong passion and curiosity for AI systems, including modern LLMs
• Proven track record of transforming complex ideas into scalable, production-grade products
• Familiarity with SQL and experience in data analysis to validate hypotheses
• Ability to navigate technical tradeoffs and implement AI platform standards effectively
