Senior Manager, AI Business Architecture

Job Summary

To support Better Health's vision for an AI-native operating model, the full-time Senior Manager, AI Business Architecture will design and implement AI strategies that integrate workflows across various departments, ensuring cohesive and scalable business processes in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and prioritize an AI roadmap to create measurable business value across the organization
• Design workflows that optimize human and AI collaboration, ensuring effective task distribution and operational efficiency
• Redesign business processes and systems for scalability, focusing on cross-functional workflows and integration

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Business Systems, Product Operations, Strategy & Operations, or related fields
• Proven experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives and designing scalable business processes
• Familiarity with AI capabilities, workflow automation platforms, and systems integrations
• Strong analytical skills and experience evaluating or deploying AI solutions in business contexts
• Ability to translate business challenges into scalable technical solutions while collaborating across teams
